Mission Statement

The Police Reserve Association City of New York was established on April 1, 1918 by then Police Commissioner Richard Enright .  The mission of the Reserve is to support the NYPD in area that are not covered by the City Budget.  We do this by providing exemplary service awards and fostering brotherhood and ethical turpitude to all recognized Religious, Fraternal, and Ethnic organizations .
